​First and foremost: We are a NO ATTITUDE ESTABLISHMENT so please park yours with your car out in the lot. We would like to make your time here at SoundBite Studios one full of creativity AND positivity.

Each room is equipped with backline including P.A. System with microphones, one guitar amp, one bass amp, and drumk set (excluding snare, kick drum pedal, and cymbals).

FIRST TIME CLIENTS will provide their credit/atm card information when reserving a room for cancellation purposes. We won't bill the card unless you do not show or if equipment is damaged or stolen.

​If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, see an SBS rep immediately instead of waiting until the end of the session to avoid any charges due to damages caused during the time of your session.

We keep a record of when our equipment is serviced, so if an amp stops working during/after your session we can tell whether or not it is from normal wear and tear or the equipment has been abused.  If equipment is damaged you, the client, will pay the full amount to have it repaired. If the piece of equipment has been damaged beyond repair, you will be expected to pay the retail price to replace it.​

There is a strict 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. If you cannot make your appointment and do not speak or get confirmation from a SBS representative within 48 hours of this rehearsal, you will be charged in full for that session. Leaving a voicemail or email without confirmation will not terminate your reservation with us and you will still be charged. ALL SAME DAY BOOKINGS fall under the 48 hour cancellation policy and must be paid for in full.

If you have special requests for your session (example: a specific amp, cymbals, extra guitar) with us at SoundBite, please let us know in advance. We cannot guarantee availability on short notice.
